Your skin type, sensitivities, allergies and goals — a few short questions and your advisor knows you. If it knows about special circumstances such as pregnancy, it filters its suggestions accordingly.
Ask how to use your serum, follow your personal routine, and log your day with a single tap. Your advisor tracks your 90-day record and answers your questions honestly, based on what you have logged.
Our advisor does not diagnose and does not promise definite results. If your skin looks healthy, it says so plainly; if it sees something serious, it refers you to a dermatologist. When needed, it does not hesitate to say "this product may not be right for you."
Your skin analysis photos are processed only for the analysis; by default they are not stored and are not used to train models. If you wish, with two separate permissions, you can contribute to improving the product or keep your photos in a skin journal that only you can see. Both are optional; you can withdraw your permission at any time — and your photos are deleted.
You can delete your analysis history or your account completely, in a single step. Deletion is real: your personal data is permanently removed without delay. Only anonymous written findings, fully separated from your identity, are not personal data; these may be kept to improve the product.
The code in every FAEVS box is single-use and tied to our production records. You verify your product's authenticity in seconds, with its batch number, production date and expiry date.
You start for free. When you activate the code in your serum box, your 90-Day Product Journey, tied to your bottle, begins. Even when the journey ends, your Beauty Passport, records and photos stay with you; if you wish, you can continue on the free plan.

No. Even without photos, the advisor is there for all your questions. Mirror (photo analysis) is entirely optional.
No. The FAEVS advisor offers cosmetic guidance; diagnosis and treatment are for physicians. For a severe or persistent skin concern, we always refer you to a dermatologist.
