FAEVS — Shipping & Returns

Within 14 days of the delivery date, you can return products that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Delivery Terms

Once confirmed, your order is prepared and delivered to your address by our contracted carrier.

Preparation time	Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time	On average 2–3 business days within Turkey; it may take longer in peak season. In any case, delivery does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days from order confirmation.
Shipping fee	Free on orders of 500 ₺ and above; 30 ₺ on orders below.
Delivery area	All of Turkey.
Tracking	A tracking number is emailed when your parcel ships; you can also follow it on the "My Orders" page.

If the package is damaged on delivery, do not accept it without having the courier file a damage report; send the report to info@faevs.co and we will follow up with the carrier.

Return Conditions

To keep shopping safe and hygienic, the following conditions apply:

The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging
The original invoice or order details must be provided
The product must not be damaged or altered

Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Submit a Request

Send your return request from the "My Orders" page in your account or through the contact form.

Approval (1–2 business days)

We review your request and send you a confirmation email and a return shipping label.

Ship the Product

Send the product in its original packaging to the address in the confirmation email. Return shipping is covered by FAEVS.

Inspection (2–3 business days)

The product is inspected. If it qualifies, the refund is initiated.

Refund

Within 5–7 business days of approval, the refund is made to your original payment method.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can fill in this form and send it to info@faevs.co by email. The form is not mandatory; a plain email containing the same information is also valid (Distance Contracts Regulation, Annex).

When your withdrawal notice reaches us, we confirm it by email. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, the refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
