Your card details are never stored on FAEVS servers at any stage. Card payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. and confirmed with 3D Secure verification.

How it works
Credit / debit card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy. Payment is confirmed through iyzico on your bank's 3D Secure screen. If the charge fails, no order is created.
Bank Transfer
IBAN details are shown on screen and sent by email after your order. Your order is prepared once the payment reaches our account.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash or by card at delivery. Because the carrier charges a collection commission, a service fee is added to the order total; it appears as a separate line in the order summary.
Installment payments are not offered; the amount is charged in a single payment.
Your Card Details
Your card number, expiry date and CVC are never seen, recorded or stored by FAEVS; they go directly to the payment institution.
The payment institution is subject to PCI DSS standards; card storage and collection are its responsibility.
Our order record keeps only the payment status (received / pending / cash on delivery), method and amount.
Site traffic is protected end to end with TLS (HTTPS) encryption.
Prices and Additional Charges
Product prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
Shipping fee 30 ₺; free on orders of 500 ₺ and above.
If you choose cash on delivery, a service fee is added. The total you will pay is itemized in the order summary before you confirm the order.
There are no hidden fees or charges added later.
Returns and Refunds
The right of withdrawal lasts 14 days, counted from the delivery date. Terms and process are on the Shipping & Returns page.
For card payments, the refund is made to the card used for payment and, depending on your bank, may take a few business days to appear in your account.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund is made to the account the payment came from.
Once the product reaches us and is inspected, the refund is initiated within 14 days at the latest.
For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15).
